Our aim is to encourage the interaction and participation of the members in as many ways as possible. In order to accomplish this and to keep our service at a certain level, some rules apply. By subscribing to - and making use of your (free) PartyPeeps2000.com membership you are expected to respect and comply with these terms of service as described below. PP2G.tv retains the right to refuse (or cancel) the service to any member in conduct against our regulations. Finally, being a part of the PP2G Lifestyle Community is a privilege, not a rule! PP2G.TV USER SUBMISSION REGULATIONS
This section applies to the uploading of material on the PP2G.tv site. PP2G.tv may now or in the future permit the submission of videos or other communications submitted by you and other users ("User Submissions") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions on PP2G.tv. The following regulations apply to User Submissions:

You agree that you will not:

• submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant PP2G.tv all of the license rights granted herein;

Whether or not User Submissions are published PP2G.tv does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.

You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize PP2G.tv to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the PP2G.tv website and these Terms of Service;
• you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the PP2G.tv website and these Terms of Service.
• you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting the User Submissions to PP2G.tv, you hereby grant PP2G.tv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the PP2G.tv website and PP2G.tv business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the PP2G.tv website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. PP2G.TV USER SUBMISSION COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS
This section applies to copyright issues regarding to the uploading of material on the PP2G.tv website. PP2G.tv strives to be a place where artists and users alike can feel comfortable sharing their (artistic) footage with the PP2G.com community. To ensure this, the following regulations apply:

Make sure your User Submission doesn’t infringe someone else's copyright. The best way to know that is to use your skills and imagination to create something completely original. If it's all yours, you never have to worry about the copyright. Be sure that all components of your video are your original creation—even the audio portion. For example, if you use an audio track of a sound recording owned by a record label without that record label's permission, your video is infringing the copyrights of others, and we will take it down as soon as we become aware of it.

Commercial content is copyrighted as well and may not be uploaded without the owners’ permission. Examples of commercial content are:

• TV shows:
• Including sitcoms, sports broadcasts, news broadcasts, comedy shows, cartoons, dramas, etc;
• Includes network and cable TV, pay-per-view and on-demand TV;
• Music videos;
• Videos of live concerts, even if you captured the video yourself;
• Even if you took the video yourself, the performer controls the right to use his/her image in a video, the songwriter owns the rights to the song being performed, and sometimes the venue prohibits filming without permission, so this video is likely to infringe somebody else's rights;
• Movies and movie trailers;
• Commercials;
• Slide shows that include photos or images owned by somebody else.

COMMENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
The following code of conduct applies in regard to the ability to post comments to Content & User Submissions:

Treat User Submissions, comments and opinions with respect;

Please try to put your User Submissions in the correct category - after all that's what they are there for, to keep it organized;

In case you see an interesting video discussion, which you'd like to take part of, but which seems offensive/violent, add your comment and report the thread to the moderators of PP2G.tv. The moderators will remove the offensive/violent posts and your response will be left. This way the chances on mature response are simply bigger - set an example;

No FLAMING! Should you decide to take part anyway or post a reply in such thread, please keep in mind that your reply will disappear or your account will be terminated;

Discuss instead of bashing or pointing fingers. Try to add to the discussion by letting others know your view/opinion on that certain subject;

No racist, pornographic, offensive or threatening material (text/photos);

Linking to sites with porn, warez or sites promoting any form of illegal activities is strictly forbidden. Needless to say, the same applies to discussing such acts as well (cracking/hacking);

Private messages received from another members are sent as such for a reason, keep it that way. Should you feel the need to publish private notes at all, keep out any member information at all times (username etcetera).
